Warranty

I have implemented what I believe is a fair and flexible warranty policy:

Your device is warrantied for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipping.

Warrantied are not transferrable to new owners.

Valid warranty claims will be repaired at no charge to the original owner except for return shipping to the Big Monk Electronic Device Co. (BMEDC). This warranty covers defects in the function of the pedal due to failure of the internal, non-wear and tear components and workmanship.

Failure due to the normal wear and tear parts such as switches, pots, jacks, etc. are excluded from this warranty but also subject to inspection by the BMEDC. If the failure of normal wear and tear parts is deemed outside the coverage of this warranty, or repairs are being solicited by a non-original owner, the BMEDC will charge the owner a flat rate of $40 plus shipping to make the necessary repairs.
