Pre-Order Lead Times

I am currently a pre-order only builder. Given I am a one-man operation, I do require buyers to wait between 4-8 weeks for shipment of their devices. I am constantly revising my process and incorporating "lessons learned" into new batches in order to always try and reduce this lead time. I size my batches to try and make sure 8 weeks is the maximum lead time but setbacks and delays do occasionally occur that push me past this. IF this occurs in the middle of a batch, I will communicate immediately. Also, if the start of a batch or any part of the batch build occurs DURING a planned vacation, I will communicate that at the outset, as that will add 1-2 weeks to the lead time for that batch.

PLEASE make sure you are comfortable with these durations BEFORE ordering. I have ZERO issues refunding people but I typically place orders for all parts and long lead items right after the queue closes.
