Returns

I have implemented what I believe is a fair and flexible return policy:

1.) You may return your device in original, unopened/unaltered (factory seal intact*) factory packaging for a full refund (100%, less shipping) within 14 days of shipment**.

2.) You may return your device, with factory seal broken, subject to a 15% restocking fee (85%, less shipping) within 14 days of shipment**.

*Note: This does not include the shipping box the device comes in. The factory seal exists on the branded Big Monk Electronic Device Co. factory packaging box on the inside.

**Note: For International and Non-CONUS purchasers, the return window is extended to within 30 days of shipment.
