I've tried my best to keep these policies simple and customer centric. I want people to be happy with the devices, first and foremost, but also happy and confident in my business practices should the need for returns or warranty repairs/replacement arise.
My Return Policy is as follows and you will find this "Factory Seal" sticker on every shipped device:
1.) CONUS Customers have 14 days from shipping date to process a full refund (100% of sale price, less shipping). IF the device's "Factory Seal" sticker is unbroken. Non-CONUS or International Customers have a 30 day window with the same terms.
2.) IF the device's "Factory Seal" is broken, a 15% Restocking Fee* is applied to the refund (85% of sale price, less shipping).
*Restocking Fee Notes
A returned item with it's "Factory Seal" sticker broken means a few things for me:
1.) The device needs new packaging in the form of a Factory Box and all branding stickers;
2.) Returned items require full visual inspection both inside and out, including re-measuring bias points and providing a new full QC before being resold.
These things cost me money, i.e. it costs me money to re-prepare and resell a returned item that has been opened. I DO NOT make money on the Restocking Fee. It simply covers the costs of the preparation for resale on the returned pedal.
My warranty is simple and fair:
